Il Vecchio Priore Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC Riserva
For almost forty years we produce this wine, trying to preserve all those peculiarities, belonging to the history of our winery. This is a wine of exceptional quality, produced only during the great vintage years, through vinification of our best grapes from vineyards located in the best areas of the beautiful hills of Collecorvino. The wine’s red colour is remarkable with Bordeaux-red reflections. To the nose is extremely intense and richly endowed with spicy scents that are linked to the evolution of the fragrances. On the palate, the wine expresses a dense and full flavour, richly fruited and supported by an impressive stock of tannins, which means that this wine can be aged at length.
